RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Oil Shop Supplies strives to provide high-quality products and customer satisfaction. We accept returns on most products, with the exception of custom-made products, under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in brand-new condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • 25% restocking fee may apply to returned items.
  • Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process

  1. Obtain an RMA Number

    • Contact our customer support team at (855)-645-4200 or sales@oilshopsupplies.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    • Returns sent without an RMA number may be delayed or refused.
  2. Prepare Your Return

    • Clearly write the RMA number on the package as shown below:

  3. Ship Your Return

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 10-25 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees, handling charges, and any third-party transaction fees (e.g., PayPal fees) are non-refundable.
  • If your return does not meet our eligibility criteria, it may be rejected or subject to additional fees.

Exchanges & Replacements

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
  • We may request photos or other evidence of the issue before approving an exchange.
  • In cases where a replacement is not available, we may offer a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Opened or used items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items returned beyond the 30-day period

Limitation of Liability for Fees and Expenses

Oil Shop Supplies is not responsible for refunding or reimbursing any additional costs incurred by the customer, including but not limited to:

  • Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, or export charges
  • Third-party transaction fees (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer fees, etc.)
  • Freight handling or packaging costs
  • Lost, damaged, or delayed returns due to shipping carriers
