SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Terms and Conditions

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all prices and delivery terms are F.O.B. (Freight on Board) site of shipment. Prices do not include sales tax, use tax, or other applicable taxes, as well as export packaging costs, transportation fees, freight handling charges, export/import license fees, customs duties, or similar charges. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, who agrees to indemnify Oil Shop Supplies against all claims and liabilities related to these expenses.

Unless specified otherwise in writing, all delivery dates are estimates only, and Oil Shop Supplies is not liable for any damages, consequential or otherwise, resulting from delays in shipping or failure to deliver by a specific date.

Shipping Coverage and Carriers

Oil Shop Supplies ships within the United States (50 states) via UPS or USPS for standard orders. Free shipping does not apply to international orders, U.S. territories, or P.O. Boxes.

For heavy, oversized, or odd-shaped orders, additional shipping surcharges may apply. Please contact an Oil Shop Supplies representative for more details.

Freight Shipping for Large Items

Large items such as equipment or palletized products will be shipped via freight carriers.

  • Freight shipping may require additional processing time, and customers must have the necessary unloading equipment (e.g., forklift or loading dock) at the delivery location.
  • Liftgate service is available for an additional fee if the destination does not have unloading equipment.
  • Freight shipments are curbside delivery only unless otherwise arranged.
  • The recipient must inspect and sign for the delivery upon arrival. Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Shipping transit times vary based on the destination and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
  • Oil Shop Supplies is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect delivery times.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Shipping promotions cannot be combined with other offers or applied to past purchases.
  • Orders must be delivered to a single address and cannot be split across multiple locations.
  • Shipping offers are valid only for online purchases made through our website.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including restocking fees if applicable.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Oil Shop Supplies is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped.

  • If a package is lost or stolen, customers should file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, or freight provider).
  • If an order arrives damaged, customers must report it within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and damaged items for claim processing.

International Shipping

At this time, Oil Shop Supplies does not offer international shipping. Customers wishing to arrange international shipments must contact us for special handling, but all duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Oil Shop Supplies reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or terminate free shipping offers, promotions, or policies at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability for Fees & Expenses

Oil Shop Supplies is not responsible for refunding or crediting any shipping-related fees or expenses, including but not limited to:

  • Shipping costs
  • Sales tax, use tax, or other applicable taxes
  • Export packaging fees
  • Freight handling charges
  • Import/export license fees
  • Customs duties or brokerage fees

All such charges are imposed by third-party entities and are non-refundable under any circumstances, including order cancellations, returns, or exchanges. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms.
